Communication with the Council (Question and Answers)

The Delta system enables questions and answers to be exchanged via an e-mail facility in a Tenderbox within the Delta system and communication with the Council about the Croxley Rail Link project must happen via this method.

Step 1: Registering with Delta

To submit a question to the Council you will need to go to the following link and register, thereafter you will be issued with a USERNAME and PASSWORD. (If you have already registered with Delta or Supply Hertfordshire, please follow the link above where you can log on using your existing username and password. If you have registered and have forgotten your Username and Password, please click on the forgotten password link below the log in box.) Please keep this USERNAME and PASSWORD secure, and do not pass it to any third parties.

Step 2: Submitting your Question

To submit a question you will need to go into the Response Manager area and enter the Access Code 2N3E59SHA5 and email the question to the Council using the email facility contained within the Tender Box.

Step 3: Council's Response

Once your question has been submitted and received by the Council, the Council will periodically issue a Q/A paper with all questions asked to date plus the Council's response to such questions and an email alert will be sent that a revised Q/A paper has been uploaded in to the Tender Box, however if you wish your question to be kept confidential you must express this when asking the question.

NB: The Council held an Industry Day on the 19th April 2012 and within the Tender Box you will find presentations slides, a delegate list and any QAs that were asked at this time.

If you are experiencing problems, please contact the Delta helpdesk via email at or call 0845 270 7050 Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm for further assistance.
